Shipping policy

All Sub Skool products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive your order. Immediately after successful payment you will receive an automated email containing your download links, sent to the email address given at checkout. If you have an account with us, your purchases are also available on your account page.

If your order doesn't arrive. Check your spam and promotions folders first. If your links have not arrived within one hour, email info@subskool.com with your order number and we will send them to you directly.

Download issues. If a link has expired or a file will not download, contact info@subskool.com and we will resolve it. We recommend downloading your files promptly and keeping a backup.
