What is your money-back guarantee?

If you have bought a sample pack or course and do not feel it was worth the money, email info@subskool.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short explanation, and we will refund you in full. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply at any time — just get in touch.

How do I download my product(s)?

After purchasing from our website you will receive a download link sent to the email address you provided. If you created an account with us, you can also access and download your previous orders directly from your account page.

I haven't received my download link. What now?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still missing after an hour, email info@subskool.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Can I use the samples in commercial releases?

Yes. Our sample packs come with a royalty-free licence for use in your own original music, including commercial releases. You may not resell, redistribute or share the raw sample files themselves, or use them to create a competing sample library. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

What are your payment options?

Our checkout is secure and supports the most trusted payment methods, including PayPal, bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay and major debit and credit cards.
