Refund policy
We have a 5-day money back guarantee! We believe in our products so much that if you truly do not think the product is worth the money then just give us a call and we will ensure you get a full refund.
- Once your refund is processed, you forfeit the right to use any of our samples, presets, loops, vocals, MIDI files, or any other Sub Skool content in your projects. If we suspect fraudulent activity, such as purchasing products with the intention of requesting a refund while still using the files, we reserve the right to deny your refund at our discretion.
- We allow one refund per customer every six months. If you’ve already received a refund for a previous purchase, you won’t be eligible for another refund until six months have passed since that order. To request a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of why you’re seeking one.
- Please note, we do not offer refunds for accidental purchases. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re ordering the correct product when making a purchase from our store.
