Refund policy

This policy is operated by Lightwork Learning Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 16556049), trading as Sub Skool.

Your right to cancel

Our products are digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content.

We do not ask you to waive this right. Our refund terms below apply in addition to it.

Our goodwill money-back guarantee

We believe in our products, so we go further than the law requires. If within 14 days of purchase you genuinely do not feel the product was worth the money, email info@subskool.com with your order number and a short explanation, and we will refund you in full.

  • Once your refund is processed you forfeit the right to use any of our samples, presets, loops, vocals, MIDI files or other Sub Skool content in your projects, and any licence granted to you terminates.
  • If we suspect fraudulent activity — for example purchasing with the intention of requesting a refund while continuing to use the files — we reserve the right to decline the goodwill refund.
  • We allow one goodwill refund per customer every six months.
  • The goodwill guarantee does not cover accidental purchases. It is your responsibility to check you are ordering the correct product.

Faulty or misdescribed products

Nothing above affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, contact info@subskool.com and we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate. This applies regardless of the 14-day goodwill window and regardless of any consent given at checkout.
