Our products

We sell digital content: online courses, sample packs, presets, loops, vocals and MIDI files. All products are delivered by download or online account access. Nothing is shipped physically.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the point of purchase.

Delivery

Access is provided immediately after successful payment, by download link sent to the email address given at checkout, or through your account page. If you have not received access within one hour, email info@subskool.com.

Your cancellation rights

Our products are digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel your purchase. We do not ask you to waive this right. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Faulty or misdescribed content

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Contact info@subskool.com and we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.

Complaints

Email info@subskool.com. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 14 days.
